Finding the perfect swimsuit can be challenging. Prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact us at in regards to any sizing inquiries. 

We are happy to provide customers a STORE CREDIT within 3 DAYS after tracking has declared your shipment delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and hygienic liners intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number.

Returns for refund are not granted as our store policy is a STORE CREDIT ONLY. No exceptions. Once the item(s) are returned, we issue the store credit that can be used to purchase a different size or color of your choice 

DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. They will not be accepted as a return or exchange in any circumstance.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A tracking number is highly suggested as we are not responsible for a lost parcel.

Once inspected and deemed in clean condition, a store credit will be issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for the credit to be issued to you. If deemed unacceptable (SEE BELOW) NO store credit will be issued as we reserve the right to refuse unhygienic and damaged items. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return when...

  1. Garment looks worn, altered, used
  2. Tags are unattached.
  3. Missing/damaged elements are present.
  4. Makeup stains, bronzer, dirt, sunblock, deodorant marks, oil, perfume/odd scents, etc. are present.
  5. HYGENIC LINER IS NOT ORIGINALLY ATTACHED. (Do not remove unless 100% certain to keeping items.

Changes and cancelling order
Once an order has been placed, it can ONLY be changed (no cancelling of orders). To change an order, you must email within 24 HOURS OF ORIGINAL ORDER. Always include full name and order number.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to 1.) Change item within 24 hours of order placed or 2.) return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Defective or incorrect order
In the unlikelihood you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact immediately for assistance. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. CLEAR PHOTO of damaged/incorrect item(s) must be included in the email. Always include full name and order number.

Lost Packages
We ship via USPS providing safe, secure, and early trackable shipping. If your package is lost during transit we will o our best to assist. We are NOT responsible for packages once proof of delivery has ben secured.
